I had a delightful stay at a hotel with a great location near a lake and beautiful gardens. The hotel facilities were top-notch: my room was immaculately clean, the breakfast was exquisite, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Despite the lack of convenient public transportation, the hotel staff was always willing to assist in getting a taxi. Moreover, parking was easily accessible.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities such as an indoor swimming pool and sauna. the service was outstanding, with friendly staff who fulfilled all our needs. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the private facilities provided in the room. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the swimming pool. It was a bit crowded at times, but overall still a great experience.

Location was good, near a lake and a garden, perfect for a morning stroll. The Christmas decorations were a sight to behold, and the atmosphere was cheerful and warm. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The options were limited and not appealing in taste nor in presentation. The room was small and had a weird smell.

The hotel is located near a serene lake and quiet areas ideal for relaxation. the staff is helpful and accommodating, offering assistance in getting around and arranging taxis. the rooms are decorated tastefully, with superb comfort and excellent bathroom amenities. the breakfast is a highlight, with delicious food to satisfy different tastes. the swimming pool is a splendid facility to unwind, while the Lobby bar offers a delightful atmosphere and live performances.

Although the hotel provides an executive lounge, some visitors found it overcrowded, leading to poor service.

The hotel is located near beautiful natural attractions and offers excellent service. the location is key as it allows guests to easily access nearby places of interest. the facilities are also new and well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and hospitable. the breakfast offers a good variety of food options.

Totally enjoyed superb comfort, magnificent breakfast, splendid swimming pool, Lobby bar Argentinian Sauvignon Blanc & live band performance. Good location near Li Garden and Turtle Head Islet, with Tai lake across the road. Hotel staff friendly. New facilities, no bad smell. Room service robot a fun surprise. Delicious breakfast, especially for a Shanghainese. Hotel decorations impressive.
